I feel like the less glamorous answer is that a lot of people get of age prostitutes after the game the normal way that one would go about doing so. How would it be common knowledge otherwise? I don't think that statistic means that they're literally shipping kids through the facility.
It is a honey pot gold mine no different than Playboy mansion. The game draws them all in, including the people that will feed these desires.
