Mentone is definitely a small town. Last I checked they have to truck their water in. My grandson worked the oil rigs out near Mentone for a while but he stayed in Odessa when he wasn't on the site in the man camp.
^^ this is a documentary about an Indian cult that did the same thing in the 90's. They took it so far as to poison the towns people by putting salmonella in the salad bars to get rid of opposition.
It's an invasive war strategy most people don't consider and it flies under the radar really well(not the poisoning people part. thats murder.). These guys fucked up by talking about it, but I kinda see it like the guy in this video is fucking up too, by talking about it, similar to how there are warnings on the news about kids getting high off some household product, then kids who see the report, who have never thought of using said product to get high, start trying to get high off the product.
They could lose their town. Other small towns should take notice.
