This just in: a federal appeals court just granted President Trump a gigantic victory! After a lengthy court battle, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has just ruled to allow President Trump to deploy the Oregon National Guard to Portland.

I wished these judges actually used legalese. The language of these rulings is infuriating- likely, probably, maybe...either it is constitutional or it is not.
