If they lose all their friends by leaving the democrat party, then they didn't really have friends or they weren't really those poeple's friends. I have friends and family that are trump deranged. I'm not going to kick them out of my life over Trump, sorry! We just change the subject. It's called how sane people act. If you belive in america, then you'll believe that the left has a right to their opinions, if those opinions are based on shared facts. Now the probelm in 2025 is each side has their own set of facts, and that's why whomever's creating that situation needs to be flushed out and neutralized.
