A small amount of DMSO goes a long way. Many people use between 1/2 and 1 1/2 teaspoon a day and get good results. I bought the bottle listed above and take about 1 inch worth of the eyedropper 3 times a day. I'm 75. I'm feeling good results at 3 weeks of use in several areas. I started to use cloves for rheumatoid arthritis and it was working. Two grams a day of cloves is the max. I have to weigh them out. I split the dose into 3 parts and put them in a small skinny glass and cover them in DMSO. Let them sit for a few hours, spoon out the cloves then and a couple of oz of Grape juice to cover the taste. The clove oil gets drawn into the DMSO, the DMSO spreads out everywhere. It probably gets absorbed through the stomach before it can reach the intestines. The DMSO carries the oil into the parasite eggs (yes, parasites cause RA) and kills them. I have fought them for several years because they reproduced for a long time before I knew I had a problem. I tried many different things and this new combo is by far the best. There are articles saying to mix medicines with DMSO for better results. It works. I suggest taking 1/2 teaspoon of DMSO in the grape juice first. It will work for you. You can take it a few times a day but not after 3pm because it will keep you awake. My eyes are better, same for my ears and memory and brain fog. A small recent scar went away also. I'm sleeping better too.
