I can see her saying sometime in the 90s and 00s. In 2013? Surprising to me. Of course, it's also said that The Clinton campaign wanted Trump specifically to be the nominee in 2016 which is hard to fathom (even without the hindsight). Is it possible they thought Jeb was a bigger threat?
