Let me understand the logic here, officer says it's unsafe for them to crawl under a truck to inspect if they can't communicate clearly with a truck driver, so they dont. They are worried about their lives but don't care enough to save our lives? Isn't that on their badge, "Protect and Serve"? This is not that, shamefull!
Take their keys stand them to the side, and have them monitored by another officer. This isn't rocket science, inspect the vehicles and get the job done despite the nuesance!
