If push comes to shove, individual states might just have check points on all roadways out of the states refusing to follow the rule of law... 100% license checks. Imagine the fallout from that for a minute.... hours long waits to cross state lines and we might see some tar wagons and truckloads of feathers being used in a very traditional show of disdain for "leaders" and miscreants of all ilks. Imagine the lines on east bound lanes on their way out of the left coast.
