USDA: Over 40M Americans will lose SNAP benefits beginning Nov. 1

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) announced that approximately 42 million Americans will lose their Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP) food benefits beginning on November 1st due to the government shutdown.

"I feel sorry for those that truly deserve"

It is about choice. They choose to have six children (six diff sperm donors) before turning 25 and rely on government assistance. Generational dependence is their culture.

I was in my twenties, separated with a child (1), and I NEVER considered govt. assistance; I just worked 2-3 jobs. 😉What a concept, self-reliance.
