On the upside- an actual whistleblower brought this to the media's attention- King County is now trying to retro active some fucked laws to make it "ok" If I am not misinformed, King Co jail guards are not issued guns, but may carry pepper spray and batons
Nice to know. Seattle used to be such a glamorous city you would think you step into Oz. Now it's a shithole.
