This was a surprise to me , Lucas said that the families regularly traveled north for the care of the heard and traveled south to with the family on a regular basis. I NEVER , heard about that such migration. For fields, yes, but not for cattle. The trade he said is just about gone, due to ECONOMICS , NOT the border deal !
