Turns out every taxpayer in the nation gets money stolen to give to those three states. Cali even gets the child support paid by thr federal gov. Then they collect from the dads and do not return the money to wr the people. One court has been sued federally iver not showing where the money goes. Turns out bonuses for divorce judges os abreal thing there.
