No you cannot support the infrastructure built over 100+ years! Every time I hear this repeated over and over again. It just proves they aren’t seriously looking that the big picture. To create a new party you would have to remove Trump and move him over along with all of the good candidates in the party and recreate from scratch the apparatus used to support the party. All of those people would then leave or if they stay w GOP you would have create enough enthusiasm to bring non-political and new people into the party - good luck with that. Could you use Brexit as an example? Maybe but our scale would need to be significantly larger!! If you succeed even on a small scale you are looking at a party the size of the Green Party and would only split the vote and let Dems win again.
