Kinda what I was thinking. Plans to eliminate Charlie failed after white hats took him out from under them?

I think WHs intercepted the plan and saved him. At the same time we also see the usual BH modus operandi of using a scapegoat etc, which WHs pretended to go along with. Together, it can make heads spin if you only focus on the trees while missing the forest.
