My sincere condolences for your niece. I had to do CPR recently, saved my friend from the same fate, barely. The scourge of drugs in our society is devastating as well as tragic.

Drugs laws are wholly to blame.

If people could buy pure heroin at the pharmacy for cheap there would be almost zero overdoses, because people would know what they are getting.

I suggest you read the post I linked to in my comment before you give me any more travel advice.
