Any state KNOWINGLY issuing Fraudulent IDs THAT WONT STOP should have recognition of their IDs suspended until a full audit can be made to verify each IDs legitimacy.

I tend to agree, but even if they went for it, it may be more involved than just saying, "yeah were not gonna recognize that".
Of all things team Q/Q+ is doing it has to be done by the rule of law. THEREFORE, what can be done right now depends on how and which laws pertaining to state reciprocity for identification, licensing and registrations. If there is existing recourse to address ill behaving participants (doubtful) that will need to be followed up with first. If not than an analysis of what courses of action ARE allowed, or if there are restrictions or any other recourse available to remedy this.
Then, depending on what is found, they can look at how/what/where action can be taken, if any. If not, then a new law could be proposed to deal with it.
