Many so called elites worldwide either buy land they want, take land they want or, if required, create a scenario in which they end up with it via any number of ways. Too bovious in the US with the beachfronts of Lahaina, HI and the Palisades in L.A. They would've gotten a huge chunck of Appalachia in and around North Carolina after the Hurricane Helene fiasco, but it didn't work out for the baddies. Massive lithium deposits were recently found in the ground there a short time before. Not saying the DARPA baddies can create and maneauver hurricanes 😜, but it wouldn't surprise me if it's able to be done. It also wouldn't surprise me if another 'natual' disaster wipes it out in the near future. u/#silvia
Catherine Austin Fitts had discovered this in one of her studies. Everywhere there was some sort of major riot, fire, train wreck with chemicals, etc that badly damaged property, she said it was actually a land grab! That woman is brilliant.

They did the same thing to the Blacks in Florida that lived in the area no one wanted until the developers decided to have the Government tax the shit out of them and they lost their land *** Black Americans, including those in Florida, have historically lost significant amounts of land due to systemic issues like discriminatory tax practices and the complex legal status of heirs' property. This has resulted in a substantial loss of generational wealth.

I recently watched a video on how the fires started and not burn any trees down. They sent a high current through the smart meters & appliances so they woud over heat and burn. No breaker switch to trip.
