The Jews. Duh.
They got churches in MN to accept and place tens of thousands of Somalis.
The deep state and started with Hmong people, but they learned the Hmong actually integrated properly and did t cause problems.
So they moved into Importing even worse migrants: sonali. Extremely low IQ, will never Integrate, are being used as a biological weapon against the naive white liberals in MN, MI, WI etc, all the Scandinavian blooded people who are way too kind and trusting.
It worked well in Sweden to import millions of low IQ islamists, so they did it in American scandi states too.
