I give you that one, my mistake. The larger point I was trying to make -- or rather, that the Top Ten wanted list makes -- is that 9 out of 10 are Hispanic or Asian. While you are technically right (a Canadian is a 'foreigner' here), for all practical purposes he is a part of Western Civilization heritage.
