Talks about wanting to help the wages of NY workers, and bashes business for violating labor laws<:-:>Expands sanctuary city to flood it with more illegal alien workers to help NY businesses violate labor law (by hiring illegal aliens) and cause lower wages for all NY workers. So progressive!
