What if...., thoughts? Could we eliminate Obama Care, State by State, moving the insurace subsidies to Medicare, to fully cover Seniors with no requirements to have anything but Part A.

Though we currently have a democratic that is doing that through the MedicAid system to the level of rampant abuse.
