Basically, detailed what is necessary to secure Israel's borders, either by weakening Israel's neighbors or taking them out entirely I.e. Iraq/Iran.
Next up is Project for a New American Century in 1997. The biggest callout here is: the impetus for instituting the next 100 years for America would hinge upon "a new Pearl Harbor" event. Wonder what that event could be!
