https://patch.com/illinois/chicago/pritzker-toilet-removal-was-scheme-defraud-inspector-general He got his taxes reduced by $330,000 with that scheme. He was later told he had to pay it back.

I saw the newspaper article and photo. It was also incorporated into the Rainer/Prigster campaign ad war. Pigster said he was just using a rule available to all homeowners.
