What if...... they KNEW the stock price would drop, so they bought futures and then MADE IT DROP ON PURPOSE, by forcing the board to make these bad decisions on purpose, since they are majority shareholder?

it's like an internal pump and dump

and everyone who owns these shares are unwitting cucks to the dump

basically a zero sum game and stealing the future (short sale) from shareholders

which means loads of people since they have their brokers buy funds / bundles which contain these stocks?
