The judges name is Juan Hoyos. He let this man plea three separate rapes by gun point down to probation.

This man needs to go to prison for a long time. He needs to know first hand what rape does to a person.
He will find out in jail.
i hope so. He needs a sentence that is equal to the penalty for each crime that rapist committed, but he was let off. If that Judge was autopenned, can that rapist be retried?
Sure hope so but it will take 10 years.
Maybe "Military is the only way" will speed things up. Our guys work so hard to get them off the streets, and then these paid off vermin let them go. It is hard to tell who is worse. I understand that Sheriff shooting the judge to protect his wife and daughter. He did the county a favor.
