That not the Americans fault. That place is a "melting pot"(coined by the Jew) and is full of people that never had a car, DL, or had seen snow...

I used to be stationed there. Stuck around after service and only got in the car once with my Chinese boss. God that scared me and it was everyone else's fault not hers...
