I thought D5 chess move, or D5 as in the largest destructive snow avalanche scale, even DefCon5, the lowest readiness level for the U.S. military... normal, peacetime operations with no imminent threats. I recall when Q posted the number 11.3 and similar numbers, and how folks immediately thought "Nov. 3." I too thought that, but it was Magestic12 who came up with what I think is the correct interpretation, Section 11.3 of the DOD Manual of War, the section that deals with treason and occupation by a foreign entity.
