I gotta wonder if he's really talking about how ISO 20022 facilitates Micropayments.
On 10/22/2023 a 2022 Bentley (regular size luxury car) crashed and exploded on the rainbow bridge. 2 years later on 10/22/2025 the bridge period to the ISO 20022 system was closed and full compatibility was required.
I think we might be in Oz now (somewhere over the rainbow bridge) and of course all the munchkins there love the tiny cars. 🤪
