Well I agree. They are certainly not a military organization. LOL

They lie

They steal

They encourage members to rile up their populations and fuel ancient hatreds

They allow members to take massive payments without oversight

There is no oversight

They limit people's ability to fish, or farm, or trade with certain peoples.

They also censor thoughtcrimes.

The intention of the EEC (fore-runner) was to foster trade agreements, and eventually, free trade. The EU, instead, behaves as if it will HAVE a military soon. Oh, the power.
