Do we have the transcripts from the other people that were charged with incitement? Did they too, plead the fifth?
I thinks that is the key point here. The ones that plead the fifth, did not get charged because they did not entertain the kangaroo court.
Another point, the kid is how old? Maybe he got swept up in the chaos? From the video you posted yesterday it looks like he is pretty far from the capitol building. It's not like he was inciting violence. Telling people to go into the capitol is different from telling people to break windows or otherwise. The gentleman that was charged by saying 'go in' did not plead the fifth, he gave testimony, which the J6th committee than used to twist and convict. Unlawfully, I might add.
