I learned about DMSO from GAW posters in March 2025. I've used it for many things. Just last night, I touched the back of my hand to the upper edge of a hot oven. I put several drops of DMSO on the area two times. No blister, not even a pink spot, no pain! My husband and I both take a teaspoon orally each day. We swab full strength DMSO topically for all sorts of aches and pains. I am also trying a homemade 3% eye drop solution to see if it will dissolve my cataracts to avoid surgery. I've recommended it to countless people, which I don't usually do unless I've tried something myself. I am very thankful to those who share knowledge here.
I put a teaspoon into a swallow of orange juice. The taste is awful, so I chase it with a swallow of honey which cuts the bad taste immediately. Been doing this since 2023 with no problems or side effects, except no colds or respitory conditions since I started.
My husband puts his tsp of DMSO in a full glass of water, but I prefer to get it over with quickly. Oddly, he thinks it tastes like cranberry juice, whereas I think it tastes like poison. I dilute my tsp in 1-2 oz water, cold from the refrigerator, then chase it with 3-4 oz more water. (Never use a plastic spoon, as the DMSO will dissolve the plastic.) We did start with 1/2 strength for topical use, diluted DMSO 1:1 with distilled water from a BPA-free plastic bottle. You want to be cautious about what you mix with DMSO. If the additive has anything impure or harmful, the DMSO helps it to be absorbed. DMSOstore.com sells a dmso/aloe vera and a dmso/frankinsense in a roll-on.
I've been reading about it, just ordered some a couple days ago. I've read some use aloe if they're going to rub it on. For ingesting you do want to dilute it, some use distilled water and some use juice. I guess just put a teaspoon of it with a couple or 3 ounces of water or juice (or watered down juice?). I'm going to try watered down juice since I'm trying to keep the carbs low. Don't put it in a plastic container because it might leech contamination.

I have a bottle. I keep em hearing that we need to dilute it.
How are you taking the teaspoon? Just straight or dissolved in a glass of water?
If I just have the 99% stuff what can I safely mix it with to make a cream?
Thank you.
