How about using the 737 max that were having the issues. This way they won’t need to correct the problems. Just fill them with illegals, and fly them. Even if they malfunction, they’re at least out of the system. Like the age old question, “how far can we get with one engine?”. All the way to the scene of the crash.
The only problem is we do not want the pilot (mostly Americans) at the crash and pass. I do not think the fraudsters could fly the planes themselves. Besides, I don't trust them.
