Well that's fine and dandy, but what about those who, like me, broke my back, on disability and the resident gave everyone this 700.00 checks twice. Well, that put me over the allowed income and now SSD said I wasn't disabled and they retroactive to 4 years. I also was full retirement age 66.6 yrs) at that same time and the SS office was closed so I change to full retirement status. I now owe 20,000 and they take out 100.00 for the rest of my life. I won't see any tax refunds
