However, seeking out a PhD in data analysis would be a normal reaction. A proper avenue - to seek verification, before shooting one's mouth off. That is also extremely normal for a Public Servant, BTW. No state can go against those bureaucratic (hey it was NOT violent, you guys) action. Just saying. WE the People demand transparency and truth. WE always did. To support the killing off, of Public Service Motivation, by locking up an innocent woman is a very bad thing, IMO.
As long as the state keep her imprisoned and without an actual court-case, where the evidence is released, the feds have to find a way to get that information into the public domain. That release has been already done, BTW. It was publicly 'leaked' by our favorite pillow-man. Hey, he even convened some other professionals to look at it for good measure. And a prayer group. Her innocent action has made her a hero.
The Feds do have all of the information already, of course - that's been drilled into us.
Also, citizens are SUPPOSED to have a Whistleblower Protection Act, 1989. But we all know how that went. Russel Crowe did a good job acting it. Obama even 'enhanced that Act' in 2012. Check it out on Google. LOL.
