She was convicted of state charges. Presidents can only pardon federal charges. Just because it was a federal election doesn't mean that she was convicted of federal charges.
President Trump simply does not have the Presidential powers to pardon her of the crimes she was charged with and is imprisoned for.
Trying to magically turn a state conviction into a federal conviction is not going to work in real life.
But I'm willing to wager on it.
If President Trump is actually able to pardon her and get her out of prison for the current charges she's imprisoned for, I promise I will never ever ever post here again and no one will ever have to see me pop their copium balloons again.
But if she stays in prison in Colorado under these convictions, then everyone who says that President Trump can pardon her for::insert legally implausible reason here:: has to never ever post here again, and then we won't have Anons getting their hopes up over nothing (and then getting angry and disillusioned when their pipe dreams don't come true and then storm off in a huff and we won't look like we're either ignorant of basic laws or that we're hypocrites who want to just disregard those laws when they don't go our way. All of which are things that are actively pushing people away from Q).

How about it? Any takers?
