With all due respect, you are wrong. They may be compromised in some way or true believers in globalism/communism but, incompetent? No. They are doing what they are told to do. They feign incompetence because they believe it gives them plausible deniability. None of what they do is an accident, it's intentional. As a fellow Canadian, I feel the same way about our country. The thing is, it's world-wide. It isn't just Canada.

A1. Yes but be aware not to step in front of the fright train.
A2. Yes. Canada will be given the opportunity to constitute.
