So are we in favor of federal over state rights now?
How is that going to play our with abortion laws, 99% of which are at the state level?
Very, very few federal abortion laws.
Or is this going to be the typical pick and choose style we usually do? Support federal powers in the one or two cases it supports what we want, and then say the federal powers of the government are what's ruining this country the rest of the time?
