How is that going to play our with abortion laws, 99% of which are at the state level?
Very, very few federal abortion laws.
Or is this going to be the typical pick and choose style we usually do? Support federal powers in the one or two cases it supports what we want, and then say the federal powers of the government are what's ruining this country the rest of the time?
I'd just like to be prepared when then flip flop comes in the future.
Then it has to be done properly and laws changed to allow the President to issue.pardons for non-federal charges. It can't just be done willy nilly with no legal backing.

It’s only if the Feds have any supremacy in the case. Remember Kennedy enforcing civil rights laws against Gov Wallace in Alabama.
I’m struggling here. I’m generally for small government and for states laws
But there’s a cancer in the criminal justice reform system. These terrible judges keep letting these violent criminals out
