CANT WAIT until Australia does the same. This one giant California bans dams, diverts water to the sea and worst of all REFUSES to ALLOW the "Ord River" overflow to be channeled to where it is needed. Enough water to supply at least 2 of our biggest states. NO let it evaporate!!
