Oh the outrage. Doesn't anyone care about the Delta Smelt? That poor elusive creature whose very existence has been threatened for decades by not allowing billions upon billions of gallons of water to needlessly flow into the ocean.
Of course the Global Warming people should be screaming about allowing this water to flow into the ocean as it will cause the level of the ocean waters to rise thereby causing massive amounts of land loss as our precious coastlines disappear under ocean waters.
