The initial theory revolved around a Bombardier Gxx (can't remember the exact model) that was commissioned for CIA use, for surveillance, and supposedly even capable of being a drone mothership, was seen at the Provo airport twice, some time before Charlie's death, and shortly after. This plane was observed descending to 300ft on the first pass, went down to like New Mexico or something, pulled a U-turn, and came back to Provo after the assassination, descending to like 110-150ft at the airport minutes after he was shot.
