Fast forward to the 20th century and the Democrats fought the civil rights act tooth and nail, created Jim Crow segregation laws to make getting a good education as tough as possible. Now today in 21st century they do away with standards to keep blacks as dumb as possible and thus compliant and easily manipulated. Democrats need a permanent slave class. After all someone has to pick the avocados and be a reliable voting block.
