Hardly. Historically, justice has always tilted towards those in power. That's still true today. The Left are the ones in power. MAGA is the revolution trying to take power back and transfer it to the People who were supposed to have it.
There is some sort of illusion that justice ever was blind in this country. It's hard to justify. You certainly couldn't say the mafia were ever appropriately held accountable. The Tammany Hall political bosses never were. The robber barons' extent of "accountability" in courts were watching their companies broken up with the barons themselves maintain controlling stakes in all of the new companies that were nominally supposed to compete with each other. Have the modern courts fared better? Have they cleaned up the street gangs in any major city, ever? Or did they just let the gang bosses run their operations from their prison cells? Better yet, have powerful people ever been held accountable?
When was the last politician or banker you remember seeing perp walked? Bob Menendez? Why'd they sacrifice him? He questioned his controllers. Same with Rod Blagojevich. He was supposed to install Obama quietly, but he got greedy and wanted a piece of the action, so he was thrown to the wolves. Trump? His name has never been cleared from those fraudulent charges.
Justice protects those in power. The right/left dichotomy in the US is an illusion. The Uniparty runs things.
