The only issue -- if Greenland was acquired by the United States -- how defensible is it? It would be disconnected from the rest of the country and Canada close in proximity. After my last trip to Canada, I would never return. They are NOT our friends and very rude to Americans. They would cause problems over this location because of the way they are.

We defend it already. We had a base in THULE for ever. Not sure if its still there.
