I have been around some type of "explosives" by almost my entire civilian career and military career...and what you have espoused is EXACTLY why Charlie's killing NEEDS TO BE LOOKED AT FROM A STANDPOINT OF WHO HAD THE MOST TO GAIN!!!!!!
