I just found a powerful way to get rid of headache. I have headache since teenager and I could be Excedrin's greatest customer. Used to have to take Excedrin, then Aleve. Now I used oils and homeopathic it doesn't always work.
Put table salt into the dry pot and heat up the salt until it's hot. Not too hot that you cannot handle but hot enough.
Put the hot salt into the cloth bag and close it up.
Rub the bag on the back of your head. It doesn't matter if the headache is in the front or the back, you rub the hot salt in the back until it turns room temp.
