It's 3AM, I've been dealing with a throat problem that's almost done, and I finally got a 6hr night sleep. I think I'm gonna get the Eggnogg and Rum and treat myself. Merry Christmas All!
I hate to say it but my 1/2 shots of vodka and cbd gummies have helped with the pain and aches from this (my belief) chem disease. I am taking Fen Ben and Ivers daily, it helps but does not get it all.
I put Mentholatum on my neck and chest last night and did not wake up due to congestion. Be carefull of Nyquil, years ago I got to the point that there was little room for air. I had to spend several hours hanging off my bed with a wad of paper towels to get my lungs to drain. I would NEVER go to the Hosp for this, my Sister had to work at a hospital and she said standard practice was to let the patient die before bending them over a chair to allow them to drain. Sick
