Good, son is battling a TBI and law suit against the company caused by a non English speaking Comcast/infinity driver in a utility vehicle who plowed into him in a roundabout while he was driving his two young daughters to school at the start of last year. There were three non speaking men in that truck, they all got out and approached him, cursing and sounding angry at him as he got out (mind he had two children under the age of 10 in the back of his car, who thankfully were un injured) The driver spoke a tiny bit of English, had an expired insurance in the company vehicle, son was able to get photos of that and the license plate before they decided to leave before the police got there. It has been a nightmare for him between needing several medical experts and lawyer and trying to work a job that he excelled with pre TBI but, brain has no stamina now (but has improved a bit in the last couple of months still, can only work up to 3hrs before brain stops functioning/focus) to crunch numbers and short term memory problems+++. WA
I hear you. He should be taking the driver and the company for all they are worth. My neighbor is a truck driver and he was hit in TX by an invader. Good thing he was only down for a week.
He wont "do that" he just wants medical and law and stuff awarded really, the kiddo despises people suing others "just to get rich". I keep telling him though, with your TBI they have altered the rest of your life, you can not function the same as before the accident and full recovery is not even what they are aiming for now or expect that you will be able to do. Suing them for more is stating, "YOU TOOK MY FUTURE INCOME" away from me as well so, you should be looking for a real good compensation. His TBI was pretty bad it is because of his own willpower that they are even offering some treatments because, they say that many in his place "give up" and so the treatments wouldn't be worth it in the long run but, he is damn set on getting back to level again "he hates being a liability to his fam) ... I threatened to make him move back in with parents lol so I can be sure he is not over doing it and so has a chance to get well.
