I had a friend (he’s deceased) who was the head of the BAR association for a wealthy county. I golfed in their outing every year (I am not an attorney.). Yes- All of the defense and prosecuting attorneys and judges socialize. But I have to say- I get it. They all were educated and came up through the same system. They have to work out deals with one another constantly. But I also saw the mayhem that creates as that society of “law people” shape the rest of society by their actions.
