Explicitly state that the constitution only applies to US citizens and not foreign aliens. Make it so that aliens can't even be considered "2nd class citizens"

The Bill of Rights is self evident, as is the Declaration of Independence. People have a right to defend themselves, speak freely, etc. All people, everywhere. Self evident stuff. Making a 2nd class citizenry is an unworkable half measure.
They shouldn't be here at all. They need to be removed from the country until they enter legally..
