Somaliland have built themselves a good country, mostly all due to decent financial laws. The blob won't recognise them as they did away with western banking systems. Its reasonably peaceful and successful.

I don't really know my army fren, they probably do but could have decided that enabling a colour revolution there would not be cost effective.
